The first place to try and get bees is from your local area, the less traveling the better. you can try your local yellow pages and call the apres to see if they have any hives or nukes available. Otherwise you can try Trademe, there are usually hives and bees available but you definitely need to know the condition of the woodwork. If you are near the Bay of Plenty and are able to do a pickup from Tauranga, you could always give me a try in the Contact area of this website.
